I have tried the Jack Cascio Twice The Speed traing system and to be honest, the results where not good at all. Plus he doesn't tell you when to train, rest and stuff like that. He just shows you some exercises. I don't have it any more but other training programs I have tried and have worked amazing(and have right now) and wich got my 100m from 12.3 to 10.6(!). If you combine them together you will have everything you need to get as fast and strong as possible, all while getting a crazy vertical. I will trade you all of them for your 7 day quickness.
